Founded by George Patterson in 1970 and chartered as The Georgian Church in 1980. Georgian Wicca is a duotheistic tradition featuring an eclectic revivalist approach to Gardnerianism and Alexandrianism with emphasis on freedom. Groups tend to function skyclad, and are mutally religious and magical.

Georgian Wicca is, like Gardnerian and Alexandrian, a form of British Traditional Wicca. Typically members are formed into covens of 3-13 people, and are led by a High Priest or Priestess. In some cases leadership passes from male to female for six months of the year then back again.

There are formal ceremonies of initiation and a degree system (usually three degrees), and as one progresses through these degrees, one is exposed to more 'oath-bound' information. British Traditional Wiccans typically call upon the names of one Goddess and one God in their rituals. Most also acknowledge the Dryghtyn, or Godhead, from which both Goddess and God sprang forth.

The Georgian traditions honors both the God and Goddess, but the Lady is seen as the more important of the two. Teaching circles are often by invitation, and as previously mentioned, may or may not be skyclad. There is heavy emphasis on students researching and on their own with an awareness of how it affects the student and others in circle with them. The tradition emphasizes responsibility for one's own actions.
